Instant messaging app WhatsApp may soon allow its users to choose the quality of the video that they want to share.
WhatsApp provides modern services to more than two billion users around the world, but users had a problem that has not been addressed.
Facebook-owned WhatsApp is planning to add a new feature that lets users send high-resolution videos.
Recently spotted by reputable tipster WABetaInfo, the “video upload quality” feature on WhatsApp is currently under development. It was discovered in the latest WhatsApp beta version (v188.8.131.52) and allows users to choose the quality of a video before sending it to a contact.
The third best quality option would be to send high resolution videos, which can be sent from the mobile gallery via document format.
Note that WhatsApp has started testing this feature, this feature is currently available for users using the beta version.
